TribeLIFETM is the complete workout that will make you functionally fit for all of life’s challenges. The program is designed using low impact exercises that are not strenuous on your joints. During these 55-minute sessions your TRIBE Coach will ensure that you maintain the intensity needed to increase energy levels, boost cardiovascular health and achieve weight loss.
